Is it possible for a company to stand in business for more than 50 years?

Last night I was invited on the 50^th anniversary of a well known construction company in our town. Its progress was remarkable enough as it has more than thousand employees from different big cities. Well that was a great opportunity for a young struggling employee (like me) to meet those professionals who are well capable in their fields.

Secrets of success:

After an hour, the main head branch of the company was invited to make small speech for his fellow men in which he shared the story of earlier years when he was rejected from every well known company and no one was willing to give him a respectable job. People ask for experience and he was lacking that feature in his Cv. He explicit his views in a very kind manner and said we have no platform, no outsource and no glaring opportunities that can raise our values and standards.

1.     Never ever give up:

The very first point he mentioned in his speech was hard work; we rarely concentrate on those opportunities that demand more efforts and hard works. We just gave them up before trying and feel them so hard for us.  But if you believe in continuous success & growth then it’s very important to take first step and that is make hard efforts to reach your target and never ever give up

2.     Facing failures bravely:

When you decide to achieve something big that isn't in your approach, you make hard efforts, try several times and adopt innovative ways to reach your goal. But still after sometime when you fail in some project, you lose your all hope and become afraid to face more failure. You better think to quit in this situation, this condition put negative effects on your mind and finally you end up being desperately.

3.     Explore sources:

Your business always needs some sources to pull it up in vast business market, there are more than 100 companies that are offering your products and services and doing their job in great manner. So you are required to put more efforts to win the race. Explore such effective sources and maintain those contacts which can help you in achieving your goals. You need to explore those marketing sources which prove effective enough to stand your business for a longer period. Effective advertising and marketing can help your businesses to grow speedily. You can try registering yourself in some renowned business directory where your company ad will stay up for long time and maximum people get to know about your brand

4.     Get inspirations:

Getting inspirations from successful people and great professionals are good ways to motivate you and prepare yourself for covering stepping stones of life. Mostly people give up in very start and lose their all hopes because they are facing failures in establishing period. And end up the setups with great desperation. This thing never let you reach at the top and you will never gain success in life. Inspire from others and appreciate their work, try to adopt their ideas and bring innovations using old ideas.
